• Prices indicated are for apartament for night and include electric, water, gas and linen. Sheets are changed weekly

• Occupants of the properties are covered by a personal accident insurance

• Accommodation is booked by returning the booking form. Late bookings can be made by telephone. A deposit of 30% of the total cost is payable on booking. The remainder of the rent is to be paid on arrival in  Agriturismo Spazzavento

• Interruptions to public utilities, such as water shortages in summer, do not constitute entitlement to reduction in rent

• The number of sleeping places indicated in the catalogue is understood as the maximum number of persons the property accommodates. This cannot be exceeded without the prior consent with the owners

• Occupants are expected to arrive between 3:30 p.m. and 8 p.m. and leave within 10 am. The occupant must leave the property in a clean and tidy condition.

Cancellation:

for cancellations before 30 days of arrival the 30% deposit will be returned; for cacellation after 30 days before arrival the 30% deposit will be retained, it will be possible to convert the deposit into a voucher to be spent for stys in Agriturismo Spazzavento in other dates.
